TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Upon receipt of payment, your name will be engraved on the brass plaque on your personal locker humidor.
  • Annual commitment for club membership.
  • Standard Member must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Member agrees to refrain from placing any tobacco product or other product in your humidor that may violate any federal or state law and member are responsible for the contents of his/her humidor.
  • Member agrees that any tobacco products stored in locker humidor is of member sole risk and expense.>
  • Member agrees and understands that the nature of the activity, particularly the inhaling of smoke, whether “first-hand” or “second-hand,” is inherently dangerous and may result in personal injury, death or damage to personal property.
  • MEMBERS AGREES TO RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE FLETCHER’S CIGAR BAR & SOCIAL AND ANY OF THE ADVISORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OF THE ABOVE (“RELEASEES”) FOR ANY LIABILITY, CLAIM AND/OR CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, THAT OCCURS AS A RESULT OF THE UNDERSIGNED’S ACTIVITIES AT FLETCHER’S CIGAR BAR & SOCIAL.
  • MEMBER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE RELEASEES WHETHER INJURY IS CAUSED BY MY NEGLIGENCE, THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY THIRD PARTY.
  • Fletcher’s Cigar Bar & Social will make reasonable efforts to maintain each humidor and disclaims all liability for the condition of any items stored in the humidor.
  • Fletcher’s Cigar Bar & Social Management reserves the right to open and inspect any humidor for the purpose of maintenance.
  • Fletcher’s Cigar Bar & Social reserves the right to revoke the membership of any member for unlawful activity affecting Fletcher’s Cigar Bar & Social, members, customers, or employees. Fletcher’s Cigar Bar & Social may revoke membership for failure to abide by the policies determined by its management. Upon revocation, benefits conferred on member shall terminate without a refund of any monies paid for said membership.
  • Fletcher’s Cigar Bar & Social reserves the right to close for private functions.
